My name is Christen. I am a bilingual, LSS and NNA Certified loan signing agent and notary public with 10+ years experience. I am NNA NSA background screened, bonded and have an E&O Policy of $100,000.00. I'm fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. I perform general notary services and loan signings professionally and efficiently with care and accuracy. I make certain that all documents are neatly signed and dated and that all forms are filled out correctly. I am well-educated and have the ability to explain typical closing documents to borrowers and answer any basic questions they may have.
